We embed inside your business and do the BD you don't have time for.
You're good at recruitment. You know your market. But you can't do delivery and business development at the same time. Nobody can. We become an invisible part of your team, generate leads under your brand, and only get paid when you do.
Spanning the recruitment-verse.
You're running a business, doing the business development AND filling the roles.
Every recruitment founder hits the same wall. When you're filling roles, you're not winning new clients. When you're winning clients, you're not filling roles. The outreach stops. The pipeline dries up. And it starts again.
The BD drops off the moment you get busy
You land a few roles, go heads-down on delivery, and three weeks later the pipeline's empty. So you scramble for new business again. It never ends because there's only one of you.
You've tried outsourcing it before, and it was terrible
Generic lead gen that doesn't understand recruitment. Off-brand outreach that makes you cringe. Leads that go nowhere because whoever generated them doesn't know the difference between a commercial litigator and a conveyancer.
You're competing against firms ten times your size
They've got sales teams, marketing departments, tech stacks, and brand recognition. You've got expertise and relationships that run circles around them, but there are only so many hours in a day.
You know what you'd do with more time
The strategy is there. The market knowledge is there. What's missing is someone to keep the engine running while you do the work that actually requires your brain. Not a VA. Not a freelancer. Someone embedded.
We become part of your team.
Not a supplier. Not an agency. Not a consultant you have to manage. We operate inside your business, under your brand, as an extension of you. Nobody on the outside knows we're involved.
We learn your market, your voice, and your ideal client
We start with a thorough onboarding. Your niche, your positioning, your tone, the types of firms you want to work with and the types you don't. We build your ideal client profile together and design outreach that sounds like you, because it goes out as you.
We need to understand the difference between a high-street practice and a mid-market corporate firm, between a PE-backed portfolio company and a family-run manufacturer. If we don't get this right, nothing else works.
We run your business development, under your name, with your approval
LinkedIn outreach, candidate editorials, thought leadership content, email campaigns. All of it goes out as you. Nothing is published or sent without your sign-off. We build and manage the entire cadence so your pipeline never goes quiet, even when you're deep in delivery.
The outreach is candidate-led wherever possible. Rather than cold-pitching your services, we create journalistic-style candidate profiles that give hiring managers a reason to start a conversation. When they respond, we introduce you at the point where your expertise matters most.
You take the conversation when it becomes a real opportunity
We do the groundwork. We get you into conversations with people who are ready to talk. You take it from there: the pitch, the relationship, the candidate process. Your expertise is what closes the deal. We just make sure you're having more of those conversations than you could alone.
You get paid. Then we get paid. Not before.
We don't invoice when a role is filled. We don't invoice when you raise your invoice. We invoice when the cash has landed in your account. If they don't pay, we don't get paid. If you refund, we refund. Our economics are completely aligned with yours.
We know this is your baby.
The hardest part of working with anyone is letting them into your process. Your brand, your reputation, your client relationships: you've built all of it. Here's what stays firmly in your hands.
Every message is approved by you
Nothing goes out unless you've seen it and greenlighted it. We'll get things wrong at the start. You'll correct us. By the third round you'll barely need to look. But the sign-off is always yours.
Your candidate process stays yours
We're not here to take over how you recruit. For most of the people we work with, the candidate journey is the thing that makes them special. Our job is to make sure you have more opportunities to use it.
Your relationships are your relationships
Any client we help you win is your client. Any candidate relationship is yours. If we part ways, you keep every relationship, every piece of content, and every asset we've built for your brand.
There's a straightforward break clause
The contract has an easy break clause and a tail on existing work. This is a proper partnership with real commitments on both sides, not a subscription you cancel on a whim. But we're not trying to trap anyone either. We have no interest in being somewhere we're not adding value.
Candidate editorials, not cold spam.
Most outsourced outreach fails because it leads with “we’re a recruitment agency and we’d love to help.” Nobody wants that message. Hiring managers ignore hundreds of them a week.
We flip it. Instead of pitching your services, we lead with something the hiring manager actually wants to see: a compelling, well-written profile of a candidate who could solve their problem. No CV attached, just enough to make them say “tell me more.”
At that point, you’re not cold-calling. You’re having a conversation they asked for.
Alongside that, we run a constant cadence of thought leadership and personal brand activity on your LinkedIn, so when someone clicks through to your profile, they see someone who clearly knows their market.
It’s not one blast and done. It’s always on. When you get pulled into delivery, the pipeline doesn’t stop.
The more niche you are, the more this matters.
If you’re a generalist billing £30k a month with a team, you can probably figure out the BD yourself. That’s not who we’re looking for.
We work with people who know their vertical cold, but operate in a market where there are a finite number of clients, where roles come around infrequently, and where every relationship matters. The sort of market where a bad outreach message doesn’t just waste time, it burns a bridge you can’t rebuild.
That’s exactly why the learning curve at the start matters so much. We invest heavily in understanding your niche before a single message goes out. And we only ever work with one agency per vertical, because we can’t represent two people in the same market without a conflict.
One per vertical. No exceptions.
We work with a deliberately small number of agencies, each exclusive to their niche. When a vertical is taken, it’s taken.
This isn’t a business services model where we’re trying to sign up as many clients as possible. We’re building long-term partnerships with a small group of agencies we know inside out.
Why the cap? Because our goal isn’t to sell you a service. It’s to build a deep enough partnership that we eventually invest in your business. We can’t do that if we’re spread too thin.
Start with BD. Go further if and when it makes sense.
Every partnership starts with business development: generating leads and getting you in front of the right people. For many of our partners, that’s exactly where the value is and that’s where it stays.
But some reach a point where the pipeline is strong enough that delivery becomes the bottleneck instead. When that happens, we have a team that can help, but only if you want it, and only at a pace you control.
We’ve learned that delivery support has to be earned. We don’t push it. You’ll know when you’re ready.
Simple. Aligned. No surprises.
There’s no retainer, no setup fee, and no minimum commitment. We invest our own time, technology, and team into your business upfront. We get paid when you get paid.
The only cost to you is a LinkedIn Premium subscription and a Lemlist licence. Everything else, our team, our tech stack, our time, is on us.
“Net fee” means after directly associated costs: a sensible conversation, not a complicated formula. Existing clients, existing candidates, and roles you bring in entirely yourself are yours. We only participate in revenue we helped create.
We’re not a business services company. We’re investors who do the work first.
Here’s the honest version of why we do all of this for a 25% revenue share instead of charging you a retainer.
Our goal is to find a small number of recruitment businesses that we want to invest in, and to invest in them properly, with cash, for equity. But we don’t want to do it the traditional way, where you spend six months on due diligence, stare at each other’s accounts, and hope for the best.
Instead, we work together first. We embed in your business, we try to grow it, and we both find out whether this is a partnership that works. If it does, after six to nine months, we’ll ask if you’re open to an equity conversation. If you’re not, that’s fine, and the work we’ve done for your business stays with your business.
Not a condition. An aspiration.
Our agreements don't require you to sell equity. We ask that you have an open mind to the conversation. You can say no and keep everything we've built together.
We pay cash for equity
This isn't sweat equity or funny money. When the time comes, we put real money on the table. And if you ever want to buy us out later, you can.
Built it from inception.
Our work is led by Steven, a founder who has built a recruitment business from inception. From a single brand and logo, through sustained growth, complexity, and eventual exit.
Over that journey, he grew the organisation to over £60m in revenue, building 48 niche recruitment brands across multiple sectors and regions under a single group structure with fully integrated infrastructure.
That experience shapes everything about how we work today. He’s not advising from the sidelines. He’s in the business, mentoring, writing SOPs, building systems, and making sure the outreach is right, because he’s done it before, for decades, and broken his ankle in every hole there is to fall in.
Selective by design.
We work with a small number of recruitment founders. The fit matters, for them and for us.
You're a specialist recruiter running your own agency, maybe solo, maybe with a small team. You know your market deeply. You're billing, but you know you could be billing significantly more if you had consistent business development running in the background.
You've been doing this long enough to have real expertise and real relationships. You're open-minded about where the business could go, including, eventually, bringing in an investment partner.
You're not looking for someone to do your job. You're looking for someone to do the bit you can't get to.
If you're not willing to let anyone near your brand, even with full approval control, the partnership will be frustrating for both sides. If you want coaching rather than someone rolling up their sleeves, or a hands-off investor rather than an embedded partner, this isn't the right structure.
If you're looking for a quick fix or a silver bullet, we're not it. And if the idea of eventually having an honest conversation about equity is a hard no before you've even started, this probably isn't the right time.
Before you ask.
What if my niche is incredibly small?
Good, that's what we're built for. Our outreach is segmented, personalised, and low-volume by design. We'd rather send 30 precisely targeted messages a week than 3,000 generic ones. The smaller the niche, the more important it is that every touchpoint is right.
How do you operate as me without sounding wrong?
The onboarding. It's the most important part of the process and we don't rush it. We learn your voice, your positioning, the language your market uses. Then everything goes through you for approval until you're confident. Some partners get there in a week. Some take a month. No pressure.
What if it doesn't work?
Then it doesn't work. There's a tail clause covering existing business, and beyond that you walk away with everything we've built: the content, the brand assets, the lists, the relationships. We'd rather find that out quickly and part well.
Do I have to sell you equity?
No. You have to be open to the conversation. If after six to nine months it's going well, we'll bring it up. You can say no. We'll be disappointed, but we won't hold it against you.
I don't want anyone else touching my candidate process
That's the norm, not the exception. Most of our partners feel exactly the same way. We start with BD and stay on BD unless you specifically ask us to help with delivery. Your candidate journey is your competitive advantage. We're trying to feed it, not replace it.
What does it actually cost me?
Two subscriptions: any LinkedIn premium account and a Lemlist licence. Everything else, our team, our tech, our time, is our investment. We get paid 25% of net fees on business we help generate, payable only when you've been paid.
How long before I see results?
Onboarding takes as long as it needs to for us to properly get our heads around your industry. It can be as little as a week. After that, first leads typically start arriving within a week or two of the campaign going live. The exact speed depends on your niche, but the norm is leads arriving inside the first four weeks.
How many agencies do you work with?
A deliberately small number. Each vertical is exclusive, so when a niche is taken, it's taken. We're not trying to scale this to hundreds of agencies. We want a small group of partnerships we can go deep on.
Everything starts with a straightforward conversation.
No pitch. No obligation. Just a discussion about your business, your ambitions, and whether there is genuine alignment.
If there is alignment, we explore it further. If there isn’t, you’ll still leave with clarity.
